DESCRIPTION:Join us for a FREE in-person event for family caregivers! \n10th Annual\nCaregivers Connect\nStrong Enough to Care: Emotions\, Communication\, and Resilience\nPresenter: Bonnie Brooks Dudley\, Author and Communication Coach\nLearn tools and insights to help you through the highs\, lows\, and changes of caregiving. Participants will learn how emotions shape conversations with loved ones\, family members\, and professionals\, and how simple\, effective communication strategies can reduce stress\, strengthen understanding\, and create more compassionate connections.
