We Love What We Do and It Shows
Cornerstone VNA has received many local and national accolades in recognition of positively impacting the lives of families through their compassionate, high-quality care.
We began using Cornerstone VNA for Wellness Lunch and Learns in 2018. Their knowledgeable employees come onsite and spend 45 minutes educating our employees on a specific wellness topic – overall wellness, avoiding sugar, etc. We will continue to reach out to them for this service and appreciate their partnership with us on employee wellness.
Cornerstone VNA is a great community partner and an asset to the Seacoast. They host a monthly foot clinic at the Portsmouth Senior Activity Center, send expert staff for special events including Falls Prevention workshops and the Aging Mastery Program. We are thrilled to continue to partner with Cornerstone VNA as Portsmouth strives to be a leading Age-Friendly Community in New Hampshire.
For several years, I have been bringing my aunt to Cornerstone VNA for regular foot care. Nurse Sandy always makes my aunt feel comfortable and checks her blood pressure during our visits too. I am very grateful for this service because it gives me peace of mind to know that she’s ok.
