We are located at 178 Farmington Road (Rt. 11), on the border of the towns of Rochester and Farmington, New Hampshire.
From the Spaulding Turnpike (Rt. 16) take Exit 15, RT-11 WEST towards LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE, FARMINGTON and ALTON.
Cornerstone VNA is one half mile from the Walmart traffic lights, on the LEFT , set back from the road, behind Jordan Family Eyecare. You will see our sign on the left of our driveway.
