Join us for a FREE in-person event for family caregivers!
Utilizing Validation as an Effective Tool in Mindful Caregiving
Special guest presenter, Krissy Wuerdeman MS, CVT, CDP, CIH, will help participants learn about the Validation Method and how to apply techniques throughout their caregiving journey. Attendees will receive a special gift from our friends at the Cocheco Quilters Guild and create beautiful bouquets from Nowadays Flower Farm’s flower bar. This event is generously underwritten by First Seacoast Bank.
