Adult Mental Health First Aid Training January 28 & 29, 8:30am - 12:30pm Cornerstone VNA 178 Farmington Road, Rochester, NH Attend this 2-day training, facilitated by Katherine Michaud, MS, OTR/L, Community Care Director at Cornerstone VNA and Chair of the Rochester Mental Health Alliance. Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary.
